Minimum size of 40 units if located in the New York area, 100 unit minimum nationwide with no maximum.

	Shopping Centers: Strip-type Shopping Centers. Grocery Store, Discount Stores, Pharmacy anchored. Will also consider Non-anchored or "Mom & Pop" type tenants. Vacancy or repositioning opportunities strongly considered.
	Hotels and Resorts - Full and limited service hotels and motels. 100 room minimum to 500 rooms or larger. Resorts with marinas or golf courses. Hotels in need of rehabilitation, repositioning, re-flagging are of special interest.
