bulletFormed in 1991 and based in New York, HVP acts as Real Estate Advisor, Principal Partner and Managing Member in various Limited Liability Partnerships.

Target Market:

bulletInterstate 95 Corridor: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Eastern seaboard from NY to Florida. Special interest in the NY, NJ & CT region - Apartments, Garden Apartment Complexes and Shopping Centers.
 
bulletApartments: 50 to 300 Units per property. Class "B" and "C". Garden Apartment Complexes, Townhouses, Condominiums, High-Rises and other multi-family residential projects. Of special interest are properties located in the greater New York area and the Eastern Seaboard from New York to Florida. Class A, B and C product is desired. Minimum size of 40 units if located in the New York area, 100 unit minimum nationwide with no maximum.
 
bulletRenovation Projects: Apartments in need of rehabilitation are desirable. Apartments subject to rent stabilization or rent controls are welcomed, as well.
 
bulletShopping Centers: Strip-type Shopping Centers. Grocery Store, Discount Stores, Pharmacy anchored. Will also consider Non-anchored or "Mom & Pop" type tenants. Vacancy or repositioning opportunities strongly considered. 
   
bulletHotels and Resorts - Full and limited service hotels and motels. 100 room minimum to 500 rooms or larger. Resorts with marinas or golf courses. Hotels in need of rehabilitation, repositioning, re-flagging are of special interest.
